A. In most cases your passport is ready to be Fedex in 3 -5 business days, if you process it yourself it would take 4-6 weeks. With our service we work with you to insure your application is complete before applying and we communicate with the Passport Office on your behalf.Q. I need a Passport for my child, who is under the age of 18 and doesn't have a Driver's License or any other State Identification.
A. That's OK, we can accept the Legal Parent or Guardians State Identification instead.Q. If I processed my Passport myself, could I receive my passport in the same amount of time?
A. Passport processing takes approximately 4 - 6 weeks, if you apply through the mail. Application errors occur frequently, the Passport office will simply mail the application back you. With us the Passport office will contact National Passports in case of errors, thus speeding up processing time.Q. Do I have to send the application to National Passports, via Fedex?
A. We have found that with the sensitivity of these Personal documents, it is wise to use a service such as Fedex. Fedex provides tracking of your sensitive documents.Q. Do I have to use Fedex?
A. Yes, Fedex is the carrier approved by the State.

Expired Passport
A Passport that has past its expiration date.
Certified Birth Certificate
Birth Certificate obtained from the State or our services. OR original naturalization certificate, OR a previous passport that is more than 15 years old.
Marriage Certificate or Divorce Decree or Court Order
Originals only.
Authorization Letter Child
Authorization letter to the State for release of information to National Birth Certificate. For children only.
Authorization Letter Adult
Authorization letter to the State for release of information to National Birth Certificate. For adults only.
Statement of Consent
A Statement of Consent form to obtain a Childs passport when both parents cannot be present at your local Acceptance Office.
Proof of Departure
Airline Tickets, Travel Itenerary or Letter of Expedite can be used as Proof of Departure.
2 Passport Photos
Passport photos obtained from a passport photographer.
Drivers License w/Picture
State Drivers License with picture. If license has been obtained or renewed within the last 6 months, you will need 3 additional forms of ID.
Check or Money Order
for the State, make payable to Department of 'your state'. For the Acceptance Agency, they charge $30.00 and is payable by check or credit card (in most locations).
Credit Card
$100.00 payable to National Birth Certificate. For expedited requests $140.00 (complete the order form and then call us)
Request for Extension
A letter that must state the request for the extension of the limited passport and the reason why ( conflicting countries or frequent travel ).
